Initial contact and initial negotiation that does not lead into an assignment is free of charge.

Our hourly rate is 200 - 280 euros per hour added with value added tax (251,00 - 351,40 euros per hour incl. VAT). In addition to the hourly rate, we separately charge direct costs incurred from the assignment, such as travel costs. If the amount of work of the assignment can be evaluated in advance, we execute the assignment by a case-specific charge. We inform and inquire our clients’ entitlement to legal aid or insurance for legal fees.
